Payments are due by pick-up of the first day of the month. Preferred method of payment is eTransfer, but cash is accepted. Rates may not be exactly as shown, your confirmed rate will be determined when signing the Financial Agreement at registration. This is also a private daycare, and there is no subsidized childcare.
Please note, there are only a limited number of spaces available, and if a space is reserved for your child it cannot always be filled on a short-term basis. Therefore, monthly rates are not based on a child’s attendance, and refunds cannot be given for late arrivals, early departures, or exclusion due to illness/other.
Tax receipts are provided annually, in Jan-Feb, or by request.

Overtime – $5 /15min
- Overtime is anytime a child is in my care outside the scheduled hours. Charged at provider’s discretion…as I do understand delays can come up.
- Habitual tardiness may result in child’s dismissal from the daycare.
